Care

All lighting products are manufactured in Melbourne. While each product is unique, each pendant is the result of careful consideration of materials and top craftsmanship. This ensures that, when treated kindly, each piece will have the strength and durability to last a lifetime while also displaying the beautiful qualities only revealed over the course of time.

Location and Positioning

The location of our products can affect their longevity, so keep them looking beautiful and functioning at their best by positioning them in areas appropriate to their use. Factors such as direct sunlight, moisture, humidity and extreme temperatures may negatively affect our products and as such, exposure to these elements should be avoided.

Brass

Brass is a material that ages uniquely from piece to piece, therefore colour changes over time may appear unevenly along the material length. This is not a fault, but a characteristic to celebrate.

All brass products are un-lacquered and hand sealed with a light layer of protective wax that slows the ageing process and removes the need for regular polishing. Should you wish to remove debris, use a soft duster.

All brass patina finished products are un-lacquered and hand sealed with a light layer of wax. Do not use brass cleaners as this will remove the patina.

Do not use any brass cleaners on products that have the dark Patina finish as this will remove the patina.

Never use abrasive cloths or detergents containing abrasives or solvents.

Always ensure that fabric gloves supplied are worn when handling the pendants to avoid leaving fingerprints.

Always handle our linear pendants with two hands to ensure they are supported evenly along their length to minimise the risk of bending.
